Nicolaus is very eager to further contribute both academic, professional and personal skills to work with responsibility, honesty and discipline.He is driven to make changes for a better world!  moreover, on personal level Nicolaus is Fun, diligent,creative, innovative, reliable, and trustworthy. He is also ambitious, and has a burning desire to achieve his goals. Nicolaus is looking for a career that is both challenging and rewarding! he believes it will allow him to extend his skills and experience in youth around the globe.

Lilian Boniface
Lilian BonifaceHead of Training and capacity building (TCB)
Lilian Boniface started working as a volunteer at TANZANIA YOUTH VISION ASSOCIATION after she pursued her bachelor degree in Arts with Sociology at the University of Dar es salaam. “I discovered so many potentials within me about youth issues and finally became a facilitator on different projects. Regulations, protocol and processes are ever-changing, so I regularly attend training sessions and classes in my quest to provide people with good capacity building skills. I am committed to making the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible for youths. Currently am representing youths on girls rights and advocating for decent work and labour rights.”

He’s a remarkable multi talent young leader, with an eye for not only growing his traditional leadership, but also seeking out opportunities in to expand his potential. Bwango is the head of core department of TYVA, the department is in charge of conducting and manage advocacy activities for pro youth policies. LAN department works to ensure youth concerns are heard and addressed.
